Absolutely. Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated billing for the remainder of your cycle. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period, so you never lose time you've already paid for.

Plan credits reset monthly on the 1st (UTC). On paid plans you can also buy a credit pack — purchased credits last 12 months and are used after your plan credits. Failed generations are automatically refunded, and your existing episodes always remain fully accessible.

Yes. We offer pro-rated refunds within 14 days of any plan purchase or upgrade. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime — you keep access until the end of your billing period.

The free plan is your trial — create real episodes with no credit card required. As a welcome, your first episode can be a full Standard (~30 min) episode on us, even on the free plan. When you're ready for deeper episodes, more credits, and downloads, upgrade in one click.

Every episode costs credits based on its length — 1 credit ≈ 10 minutes of audio: a short (~10 min) episode is 1 credit, a standard (~30 min) episode is 3 credits, and a deep dive (~60 min) is 6 credits. Your plan credits refresh monthly. New accounts also get a one-time welcome bonus, and your first episode can be a full Standard on us.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Sold by Stripe (Merchant of Record); any applicable tax is calculated and shown at checkout. For annual plans, we can also arrange invoice-based billing for teams.
